Repeat prescriptions for long term treatment may be obtained by: -

• Dedicated Prescription Line – call the surgery number and press Option 2. Please state your name, address, DOB, and the name and dose of your tablets.
• By email – send your request to: Fife.ladybankrx@nhs.scot stating your name, address, DOB and the name and dose of your tablets
• Using Patient Access – If you are already registered please click here https://www.patientaccess.com/ if you have not registered please ask at Reception for details as you will require a unique pin to access this service in Scotland.
• By letter - enclose your computer slip if you have one.

Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.
